These organisations are referred to as the implementing organisation in this Toolkit. This Toolkit was developed by UN Women in close consultation with the National Capital District Commission. The Toolkit aims to provide an easy-to-use guide for state and non-state entities who are supporting the capacity development of local authorities (typically local government) to reduce Violence Against Women and Girls in public spaces.
